Café Phố Cổ is one of those hidden gems that is so easy to miss. It’s actually located right on the edge of touristy Old Quarter next to Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nộis most famos lake. So, in what way can it be hidden, you might wonder. Well, to get to this café you first need to enter a fabric store; yes, indeed. Walk through it and you get to a small, dark corridor, and if you pass this one, you’ll finally get to an inner courtyard. It’s still not obvious that this is supposed to be a café, to be honest. Anyways, you can spot a small counter where someone will hand you a menu from which you can order drinks and food. Yay, almost made it! ^^

Now, just find the seating area: Go up via a staircase and another spiral staircase, where you have the option of sitting on different levels. There's even a rooftop terrace! No worries, besides the many seating options the friendly employees will find you, serving absolutely delicious foods and drinks.

I loved the atmosphere in this hidden café gem: It was kinda old-school with antique furniture and traditional vibe, at the same time cozy with nice lightning, many plants and flowers, and it was somehow even romantic. There were so many details to spot, it was a really special place. :)
