1. KTX (Korea Train Express)

  • Cost: Around 59,800 KRW (one way)

  • Experience: The KTX offers a comfortable and fast journey, with scenic views along the way. Trains depart frequently from Seoul Station to Busan Station. I always go by train. :)

  • Cost: Around 23,000 to 34,000 KRW (one way)

  • Experience: Express buses are a more budget-friendly option, with services running from several major terminals in Seoul to Busan’s central bus terminal.

  • Cost: Varies, but typically around 40,000 to 100,000 KRW (one way)

  • Experience: Flying is the quickest way to get to Busan. Flights are available from Gimpo Airport in Seoul to Gimhae Airport in Busan.
